Endothermic Heat Treating
Our furnaces use endothermic gas to prevent decarburization or scaling to perform many different heat treating processes. Including hardening, carburizing, normalizing, solutioning and annealing. We currently have three endothermic furnaces that capable of handling small tooling of under 50lbs to our biggest which is capable of up to 1,500lbs (30" x 48" x 22"). Vacuum Heat Treating
Vacuum heat treating is often used for tool steels or finished parts where all damaging atmospheric gases are removed from the heating camber. This ensures that the parts maintain their appearance. Our vacuum furnaces can handle up to 300lbs (24" x 13" x 11"), ranging in temperatures from 900°F to 2,400°F, quenching in nitrogen gas. Request a quote
Induction
We have a Radyne 44 scanner induction machine that is capable of handling parts up to 7" round by 42" tall and weighing up to 500lbs. Induction is used to harden a certain area of a part without effecting the entire part. Request a quote
Precipitation
Stainless steels is one of the most unique types of steel as it resistant from tarnish and rust. We have multiple furnaces that are 2750 certified and can go up to 5,000lbs(72" x 52" x 36"). Request a quote
Stress Relieve/Anneal
Stress relieving increases the mechanical strength of the material. Commonly performed on weldments to make the strength level equal and relieve all the tension in the material. Our capabilities for annealing and stress relieve is 110" x 70" and up to 15,000lbs. Request a quote
Flame Hardening
Flame hardening is a very unique way of hardening steel. This technique is mainly used on alloy steels that only need a certain area harden or possibly have a high risk for quench cracks. It involves using torches to heat the steel manually followed by a water or oil quench. Request a quote
